Reservations and Bookings
By placing a reservation through our website, you enter a direct contract with City Heart Hotel. All bookings depend on room availability and accurate information from you.
We confirm your reservation after we receive full payment, as required. If you do not complete the required payment, we may cancel your reservation.
Check-in and Check-out Policy

- A valid government-issued ID proof is required at check-in.
- Late check-out without prior approval may result in additional charges. Contact us before arrival to request any changes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date will not incur any charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Liability for Personal Items
We work hard to maintain a secure environment, but are not responsible for loss of valuable items left in public areas, and not stored in the safe lockers.
Guest Responsibilities
You must respect hotel property and other guests. If you cause damage or disruption, we charge for repairs or losses resulting from your actions.
Banned Activities in Hotel Spaces
- Engage in unlawful activities.
- Use hotel property for commercial purposes without approval.
- Smoking in non-smoking areas.
